There should be very little work to do with the bees this month, other than the usual checks to see that all is well in the apiary - no roofs blown off, mouseguards missing, hives knocked over or fallen trees. However, following the exceptionally mild autumn it is probably worth checking that colonies have sufficient food by hefting the hives gently.
